Granby Street is for Astill Planning a project that started with planning support and ended up a disaster recovery project for the team. After the contractor went into receivership the Astill team were employed to deliver the project from its steel frame to completion. 61 flats in the centre of Leicester, delivered in line with the new fire regulations requiring the whole facade to meet the new stringent fire regulations post Grenfell.
Astill Planning worked closely with the local authority to ensure this project was delivered on a reduced budget.
