Astill Planning has secured planning permission to replace a house with two detached homes in the West Midlands Green Belt, a three bedroom and four bedroom properties.

The planning consultancy and architecture teams worked closely together throughout the feasibility and planning stages to ensure that the size of the homes could be optimised in a manner that met the stringent requirements of local and national Green Belt planning policies.
