Astill Planning has secured planning permission to replace a house with two detached homes in the West Midlands Green Belt, a three bedroom and four bedroom properties.
The planning consultancy and architecture teams worked closely together throughout the feasibility and planning stages to ensure that the size of the homes could be optimised in a manner that met the stringent requirements of local and national Green Belt planning policies.
The scheme will deliver two contemporary dwellings that sit comfortably alongside many of the existing mature trees on the site and residents will enjoy attractive views through the tree canopies towards the countryside beyond.The modern design sits sensitively within the area of the site that is currently occupied by Hillside. The landscaping scheme across the site will be enhanced in its appearance and be sympathetically modelled to enhance the stunning views , whilst retaining the natural setting.
